A Character Curriculum for Today’s Student.
The Next Level Students K-12 SEL curriculum helps students become the best versions of themselves. Our SEL curriculum does this by promoting the development and well-being of the whole student. Many students today are plagued with obstacles such as peer pressure, bullying, depression, homelessness, substance abuse, and issues at home. The Next Level Students curriculum is strategically designed to eliminate those challenges by promoting trusting and collaborative relationships.
Representation matters. We’ve found that when students see representation that looks like them, they’re more likely to connect with the lesson. This increases student confidence and self-worth. This also helps students to build tolerance and understanding of others, which creates a thriving school, and healthy communities.
Our diverse and relevant SEL curriculum focuses on self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness. This curriculum is written to bring out the best in students and for the students to see the best in themselves.
WHAT SETS OUR CURRICULUM APART FROM OTHERS…
OUR CURRICULUM HAS BEEN FEATURED ON…
CASEL 5 Core Competencies
The purpose of the Next Level Students curriculum is to help students today become the best versions of themselves, by focusing on the whole child. Many students today have low self-worth and don't see the true value in education. Many of them are plagued with obstacles like peer pressure, bullying, depression, homelessness, substance abuse, and issues at home. The five core competencies of CASEL are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. The strategic use of this framework accompanied by our Next Level SEL curriculum will result in increased academic achievement and improved behavior. We’re pleased to inform you that our Next Level Students Character Curriculum focuses on the importance of Social and Emotional Learning. The representation within our curriculum is diverse, and the topics are relevant.

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, PBIS, is a framework of principles that improve social, emotional, and academic outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities and students from underrepresented groups. Our Next Level Student Curriculum was developed as a solution to these numerous epidemic concerns. It also places a focus on the entire character of each student. Each of the lessons is classified into one of four Modules that target the student’s personal development, the family & academic community, and preparation for the future. Studies have resulted in a significant improvement in student discipline, behavior, and grades. The proactive strategies implemented not only promote a positive school climate but are tailored to all students. This is a great resource for PBIS implementation school or district-wide.
